Body, mind, spirit presentation set for March 11 | Health and Fitness

Aging Partners invitations the public to a collection of shows that investigate the interconnections concerning body, brain and spirit Friday, March 11, from 9 a.m. to midday at the Jack J. Huck Continuing Instruction Center, 301 S. 68th St. Location. Contributors can attend in-person or online.

Displays will include things like:

• “Supplements: The Superior, the Negative and the Ugly” by Ally Dering-Anderson, UNMC School of Pharmacy. The software will take a look at the advantages and pitfalls of typically utilized dietary nutritional supplements, such as CBD products and solutions.

• “Meditation 101” by Sheila Palmquist, Lincoln Yoga School. The software will protect distinct varieties of meditation and their physical, mental and emotional gains.
